What is Always On ADSL?
(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line). Logosnet Always On ADSL Service is a reliable, value-for-money connection to the Internet, having no dial up delays or dial up charges. It's called Asymmetric due to the fact that the downstream speed is much higher than the upstream.
The advanced technology of ADSL enables you to pass data and voice at high speeds over the normal twisted-pair cable that connects your telephone device to the Public Switched Telephone Network.
ADSL service provides you with the capability of surfing to the net while talking on the phone, or sending/receiving a fax. Since you are always connected to the ADSL network, no connection charges are involved. The only charges that you will have to pay will be the flat monthly rental of the service fee, your telephone calls (charged at normal rates) and Internet subscription fees. The required device (ADSL modem) needed to establish your connection to the ATM network will be provided by CYTA and is included in your ADSL line's registration fees.

**Always on Biz products start with an assignment of 4 IP addresses and can be up to 256. Usually the needed space is 4 or 8 IP’s, if more IP’s required will need to justify such assignment as Logosnet follows RIPE’s rules to prevent assignment of unused space. Logosnet may charge extra monthly fees for rental of more than 8 IP’s depending on customer and size, you may contact us for more information.
